I have worked with Mack Rice Law on two prior transactions, including closing on two investment properties and transferring deeds into my LLC. Based on those experiences, I expected a higher level of responsiveness. Unfortunately, I am now planning to part ways with this law office. I terminated a contract on January 12th for an investment property I was prospecting, and to date, I have not received my escrow funds. I have followed up four times by phone and sent multiple emails, but I have only received one return call. Nearly a month has passed, and while I understand weather-related delays can occur, a single snowstorm does not reasonably explain the lack of communication. While Mack Rice and Cidney have been courteous in my interactions with them, the overall customer service—particularly responsiveness from the front desk—has consistently been an issue, and this experience has fallen short of expectations.
