In the Summer of 2026 Yvette Valenzuela referred my family to Vista Law Group, LLP. They responded quickly to our call, gave us clear directions, and scheduled a meeting. Veronica was our first point of contact, and she treated us like we were good friends. She had a smile in her voice, made extra effort to connect us to the right person, and returned our calls even when we did not leave a message. Jennifer was always graceful on the phone and in person. She took the time to follow up with us, made sure we were comfortable, and provided great coffee. We appreciated that she was very good at collecting information. Mario was a pleasure to visit and very generous with his time. We felt super comfortable in his company, he asked many questions to obtain clarity of our situation, and he was an excellent listener. We also want to mention that whenever others in the office walked past, they would give us a kind greeting. Not sure if this is appropriate, however, I want to tell this story. During one visit, my mother was with me. She has Dementia, had to use the restroom, and needs assistance. Being a male, I chose not to take her to the women’s restroom and took her to the men’s restroom. The other males were super respectful, stayed out, and allowed me to take care of my mother. Even while writing this my eyes are starting to water. Thank you for your kindness, grace, and respect.
