Buyer beware!

We hired David Virgin in Cottage Hills to handle our bankruptcy and uncontested divorce. We had to submit tax documents multiple times because they lost them. Then we had to follow up with a creditor on our own to get the reaffirmation documents for an autoloan because after several months and multiple calls we still hadn't heard anything. Then he failed to file the reaffirmation in the bankruptcy and wants to charge more to reopen the case. This is gross negligence in his duties. Please pass this warning along if you know anyone who needs this kind of legal work done.
