I called Mr. Villasenor office to ask if I had a case in an HOA situation, about a year ago, where my unit flooded because of roots in the pipes. He met with me to get information that I had already given his assistant who wasn't there and he " didn't have that information" and charged me for that meeting that I was told would be a free consultation. I called several times after that to cancel his services but there was no answer, finally after he charged up my bill; the secretary answered and
said that "their phone wasn't working"...I had given a $5000.00 retainer and he toke payment for things that he did while they would not answer the phone.
Mr. Villasenor Law offices are deceitful; all they care about is getting as much money from you.
