Your better off representing yourself. it's obvious she is there to collect and not deliver, she's hard to reach, ice cold, always out of the office. I spent 12K as a single mother to end up with nothing. if I could leave negative stars I would.

Horrible manners, very rude and will not file paperwork correctly. Do not recommend. They will give you false confidence and at the end of the day they have no morals. If you choose to work with these people you are choosing to work with "the bad guys".

It's possible the legal service is competent. There might be some nefarious hacking foul play at work. It's also possible my bad experience is due to my own incompetence in selecting a good legal service. What bothers me is I brought my ultra-competent daughter along to do her ultra-best to keep me on point- and she saw the same thing!Either way, arriving at 9am to have a confused guy cautiously unlocked the door, peek out to (sleepily?) tell us he just got the voicemail message I sent earlier that morning, knows nothing about any of the past 4 days of correspondence and hasn't had this problem before. Oddly, the conversation evolves from something new, to not being real, to my mistake, then (upon viewing my text/website notification) to a "known issue" (*Note- see "confirmation vs verification" below) to "sorry but, well, that isn't how we make appointments and sorry we're all booked up and I hope this wasn't too much of a bother. I'd like to apologize to the young man for curtly telling him, "It actually is a big bother." In my defense I failed to appreciate the humor until later. I discovered that appointments are made by calling the local phone number that is posted on the window of the locked office location. That could explain my "Catch 22 Does Legal™" experience. Again, this might be my unique experience so, please try this and let me know how it goes: Go to their informative professional-looking website and schedule an available appointment time 3 or more days later via the helpful online chat operator- who is presented and responds as an actual (non-bot) human being. Within 24 hours you should receive a text message reply with a link to the website portal, confirming your requested appointment time and date; looking forward to meeting and thanking you.
Meanwhile, I was able to schedule an appointment next week with a real person at a highly Yelp-rated firm.
Sure, you can add "not checking Yelp earlier" to my exponentially growing list of mistakes. Good luck and may they resolve this polar disconnect between virtual and reality soon, in case appointment slots become available in our multiverse.

*Caveat: "Confirmation vs Verification"- if there's a little red note in the corner of your Confirmation and Welcome Notice, You Are Not Verified! Not yet. Also, keep in mind no that one from the office location is likely to ever contact you for said Verification because there appears to be no connection between the physical business and virtual business. Additionally, this may or may not be either exclusively my problem or unreal.
