I just went into the Napa office at 2107 Jefferson Street, Napa, California, on April 22, 2026, at approximately 2:15 p.m. I asked about video footage regarding an auto accident I was investigating. I identified myself as a private investigator. I was dressed business casual, but the lady with black hair was very rude, raising her voice and said no, and she told me to leave. She was on a video call, but there was nobody else in the building. She should have locked the door if she didn't want to help anyone. This was very unprofessional! I would never recommend this law group to anyone. No professional courtesy whatsoever! She treated me like a shoe salesman or a homeless man begging for change.
