We have used the Legal services of Venessa Bornost, P.A. for 16 years, when she handled our first Tenant eviction. Our family has multiple Duplex rental properties and there has been a large number of issues with non-payment of rent, among other things that require the services of a good attorney.

Venessa handled all of my Eviction processes, as well as an Ejection process that was needed to remove a squatter.

Back in 2012, Venessa represented me in a Traffic summons case, where she successfully had the case dismissed.

Venessa is readily available to discuss any issues and eager to answer all of my questions on Landlord / Tenant issues, as well as other legal matters.
