Jim Bruno is one of the best. Down to earth, no nonsense, and does his research. He really works for his clients not for his self interest. I've recently worked with him on two items, a simple will and a real estate purchase that became extremely complex from a title search standpoint. Jim made sure absolutely everything was clear before allowing me to close. He was thrown some curve balls and worked through them all professionally and with haste. Can't recommend him enough.
