From my very first conversation with David which is my attorney and Josh who is David's paralegal, both were outstanding! Very thorough, helpful, and never once made me feel like I was bugging them when I had a question regarding my case. They both worked hard and went above and beyond to get me the maximum amount possible for my case. I am very pleased, happy and thankful with the outcome! At first the insurance company tried offering a ridiculous amount and they ended up getting me almost 3x times the original offer. Now that's some great work if you ask me! It has been a pleasure working with Vaughn and Vaughn. I was in a car accident one year ago, and I was fully cooperating with the gentleman's insurance company that hit me. At first, they seemed as if they cared, but that wasn't true. Their client hit me in a residential.Area going fifty miles per hour and a full sized truck and bent the frame of my truck two inches. My lawyer kept me updated consistently every few weeks and also gave updates to my wife who happened to handle all the financial manners for our family. I would highly recommend Vaughn and Vaughn.
