DO NOT RECOMMEND
After alot of research, I chose this Law Firm, and it's Attorney Dan Skarie to Represent me for my 5th Owi..
I hired Mr Skarie to delay my case for a little bit, and negotiate a plea deal...
Mr Skarie made me aware of the law changes and said I would face a lifetime revocation of my DL due to these changes and other consequences etc..

AND HERE IS WHERE MR SKARIE DROPPED THE BALL.. THE LAW STATES THAT IF YOU HAVE 15YRS BETWEEN OFFENSES THAT YOU CAN REMAIN ELIGIBLE FOR YOUR LICENSE..I HAD 14YRS AND NOT ONCE DID I HEAR, HEY WE CAN DELAY THIS THING ANOTHER YEAR AND KEEP YOU ELIGIBLE FOR YOUR LICENSE..AND I FEEL I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT IT, BECAUSE
1.HE WAS INCOMPETENT
2.DIDNT CARE SINCE IT WAS JUST A PLEA DEAL CASE, ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS SHOW UP AND SAY HI A FEW TIMES..
I HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE AND REPRESENTATION FROM KNOWLEDGEABLE PUBLIC DEFENDERS
AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
