My wife and I purchased our first home together 3 months ago. Our realtor recommended Vallone Law for the real estate attorney. Well it has been a complete nightmare!!! The seller of our home had an outstanding water bill for over $1,000! Which should have been taken care of before we even got the keys! We have signed agreements stating that the utilities need to be paid. But here we are 3 months later and the bill still hasn't been paid! We've sent numerous emails to Gina at Vallone law. But they still haven't taken care of the issue! So now we will be taking them to small claims court! I would highly suggest to stay away from this law firm!

Do not hire this firm. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and have the nerve to try to gaslight you when you have everything in writing.
Let's be honest. No one actively wants to deal with an attorney. It's a necessary evil in our country. Do yourself a favor and try to find someone else.
