Do not hire this firm. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and have the nerve to try to gaslight you when you have everything in writing.
Let's be honest. No one actively wants to deal with an attorney. It's a necessary evil in our country. Do yourself a favor and try to find someone else.

The most unprofessional, incompetent, negligent, and unorganized firm my family has ever dealt with.
Gina Vallone An office not only could not meet deadlines they set repeatedly, they also repeatedly lied about information about the closing on our property, claiming they had no prior knowledge of when we have proof they did an was the sole reason we hired this firm...there office also divulged personal information about divorce agreements an leins not public record to parties not involved in sale of property. A paralegal they put in charge of handling everything up till closing literally quit without notice. They've yet to even inform us she quit on day of closing which that day of closing came an went. Also called an asked us how to get a lien lifted....there is more....I wouldn't send an enemy to this firm....insane!
