I spoke to Mr Valdez regarding an immigration case for my wife about 3 years ago and without knowing me, he scolded me for "committing fraud" even though it wasn't fraud at all and continued to barrage me with rants. He had a very angry tone and this dissuaded me to contract his services. I then hired a lawyer out of San Diego (Joseph Béjar) who was a complete gentleman, and much more professional and friendly than this jacka.. and resolved my wife's case in less than a year. Avoid this guy!
