I worked with Marcos Fernandez and his team at Vacca Family Law Group ahead of our wedding this year, and I would happily point anyone their way. We wanted to reach an agreement collaboratively, and that is how it was handled from the first meeting through to the signing. Marcos was attentive and straightforward; communication was clear, and nobody talked around anything. Every one of them was good at their job. Jamie Galvin-Baum did the drafting and sat in the meetings, so what we discussed came back in the document. Nothing went out until I had read it and signed off on it. Marcos brought the senior read: strategy, review, and the final word on anything I questioned. Adam Abad kept the coordination tight and the documents moving, and when Marcos was away for a stretch, he told me when he would be back and offered a call in the meantime. Revisions came back in days rather than weeks. When I queried a piece of wording, Marcos walked me through how that clause interacted with another section until the ambiguity I was worried about had gone. Joanne Walz handled the closeout once the agreement was signed. She returned the unused balance on my account without my having to ask and confirmed my banking details with me by phone rather than relying on the form alone. My now-wife and I met the team in person at the signing, and it was a genuine pleasure. If you want a firm that will get you to a fair agreement and keep it civil along the way, this is one.

Wonderful and educational experience. The Vacca Law firm represented me during a recent pre-nup agreement process.
