I’d advise potential clients to spend their money elsewhere. Similar to a previous reviewer (Cheng), I was also "ghosted" by Usher Law Group. I had a consultation with an attorney scheduled for 3:30 PM on August 27th and took time out of my workday for the call. Ten minutes went by and there was no call. I called them to ask about my appointment and was told the attorney was in another meeting that was running over. The representative told me the attorney would call me back in 15 minutes. I waited for nearly an hour and still received no call. I called them again and was told that instead of a consultation, they would just email me answers to the questions I had originally submitted on their website contact form. I sent a follow-up message through their contact form with additional questions, as they do not provide an email address on their website. It is now September 8th and I have yet to receive an email. This is very unprofessional and unbecoming of a law firm.
