For this review, I'm focusing solely on consultation services. I used my MetLife Legal Plan with this firm.

Usher Law Group was one of the firms covered by MetLife, and I chose them because of their strong Google Reviews. I scheduled an initial call with their administrative team and was able to quickly set up an appointment to discuss my legal concerns, potential resolutions, and follow-up questions.

Their response time was very fast at first and a bit slower afterward, but still well within what I consider reasonable- especially for consultations. I appreciated their thoughtful input and the way they acknowledged how legal matters can create stress and anxiety, which sometimes makes clients sound more urgent than they intend.

I would absolutely reach out to them again and would recommend their services to anyone seeking legal counsel.
