Has failed miserably at repesenting my case. Failed on multiple occasions from the start.

When you bring your concerns to his attention as he's unprepared in a time where is most crucial he gas lights you and moves

Doesn't prepair for your case goes in blind. Refuses to file motions in a timely manner better yet not at all where needed and asked.

He's not diligent where he needs to and sits at idle with your case.

Unprepared for court dates times and changes in case management so much so he's reaching out to attoneys that are no longer on the case; inwhich his client had to tell him as he is on the phone with the wrong attoneys office.

No responses from him on multiple occasions via phone,via email.

Extremely unresponsive and takes vacations and then will drop you 72hrs prior to going into a deposition.

After having set dates for depositions. He sets pre trial conference to get billable hrs instead of pushing forward for the best interest of a child and family always a delay for your case progress and not keep the case moving forward.

Doesn't file for contempt hearings where it's pertinent.

Unprofessional, not tenacious and can't fight for you; in the time of need.

Office is clearly understaffed Beth has always been a pleasure working with and as always been more informative then the actual attoney Ty. But you need to be stern in order to get a response all while paying for a high end attoney.

An attoney who's cares solely on the out come of his views (old and traditional) views in a modern world.

Doesn't set time aside to collaborate on the best interest of the case at hand but will bill for contacting an unresponsive party and bill for that as well. All while your relationship with your child gets tarnished as people use the system in there favor.

Strongly recommend Fathers and mothers to rethink prior to retaining this firm.
