I watched attorney Presley Turner in court recently. She was supposed to be representing her client on her contemp, this attorney played so dumb at everything the judge asked her. She made herself and her client look like complete idiots. I would not recommend her for ANY representation. This was the worst "representation" I've ever seen from an attorney. WOW just wow!

Hired this firm for a business dispute. My attorney was Abigail Rains. I would email Abigail Rains to get updates and etc. There was one time where I emailed and she didn’t get back to me for almost 3 weeks which by that time I had hired another attorney and they had settled the case. I got my invoice for that month and she charged me $50 bucks for her 3 week late email response that another law firm and attorney had already taken care of. Terrible communication. I have now been waiting 2 weeks to get the refund on the rest of my retainer.

We engaged Brooke-Augusta Ware over a year ago. I had to beg for communication and then all communication ceased. We have a signed engagement letter and paid a $1500 retainer despite virtually no work done. I have called, emailed, and texted both the firm and Brooke-Augusta. This is bad business.

I cannot recommend Sydney Rasch enough, especially for anyone going through a custody battle. From the very beginning she was honest with me about what to realistically expect, which I truly appreciated during such a stressful and emotional time. At the same time, she never backed down and was willing to fight hard for me and my child.

Sydney is incredibly personable and makes you feel heard and supported throughout the entire process. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and the cases she takes on. Custody battles are one of the hardest things a parent can go through, but having Sydney as my lawyer made me feel confident that I had someone in my corner every step of the way. I’m extremely grateful for her dedication, guidance, and advocacy
