I recently had the organization I work for propose to remove me from service. Without the union being active in the workplace anymore I did not know who to go to for help. My wife reached out to several federal labor law firms and Tully Rinckey got back to us expeditiously and that was exactly what was needed as I only had 2 weeks to figure things out. I had two lawyers work on my case Courtney Deblois and James Jackson along with their assistant Blake Grant. I really was lost prior to their help. They provided direction on what I should be doing and at the same time they worked on official response to my agency. They did a spectacular job! I really was anxious and stressed out until I saw what the legal response was going to be given and that eased my and my wife's anxiety level quite a bit. I think the agency I work for did not appreciate the fact that I had representation but without them I believe my outcome would not have been as good as it was.
