I had a speakerphone consultation scheduled with this office for 6:00PM. The attorney did not call at the scheduled time and called me 42 minutes late. I had left a voicemail to follow up. When I spoke to the attorney, he was dismissive, interrupted the explanation of my situation, and fixated on minor details rather than listening to the core elements of the case. The lack of punctuality and unhelpful communication felt highly unprofessional. Also, his tone of voice was cold and miserable.
