Tucker, PLLC is a highly capable team of experienced family law attorneys. As a divorce professional who works alongside counsel on complex matters, I find them to be prepared, measured, and sophisticated in how they approach their cases. What I find particularly impressive about this firm is how well they function as a team. The attorneys have a diversity of strengths and genuinely positive, bidirectional relationships with one another. The result is that clients benefit from the collective wisdom of the firm, even when represented by a single attorney. They work together, share insight, and arrive at the right answer for the client and the case. I find this collaborative firm culture to be a true differentiator. It makes each individual attorney stronger, and it shows in the work.

Jennie Davison and her team worked with me through my divorce, which was about as efficient, smooth, and cost effective as I could have imagined. Although my divorce was not contentious, we did run into several negotiating points that Jennie was able to address and work out with the opposing law firm.

The process from start until we completed the marital settlement agreement was about three months. Jennie brought up many things that I didn't consider (but were to my benefit), and she would set me straight if she thought I was being too kind to my now ex-wife. It was great to have someone subjective on my side who has a vast amount of experience. Jennie was firm but never confrontational when dealing with opposing counsel. Not only did she provide advice on our kids' custody and division of assets, but she also ran numbers to determine I was getting a fair shake when it came down to all of our finances.

I'm sure Jennie was working with multiple clients, but I always felt like a priority. She responded to my questions and emails quickly, and did not run up unnecessary legal fees. She gave me an idea of what to expect from the outset in terms of timing, cost, etc, and everything was spot-on. I highly recommend Jennie to represent you during the unfortunate (or fortunate) divorce process. Thanks to her and her team, I am in a much better place today then I was prior to my divorce!

I'm not usually one to leave Google reviews - good or bad - but this review is more than earned. It's a shame that I can only give 5 stars: Dan Schy and his team at Tucker Family Law deserve at least 6.

I worked with Dan during my divorce and I could not recommend him more highly to anyone in need of family law services. Dan was thorough, efficient, and extremely effective. He is an excellent communicator, provided expert guidance throughout the process, and even helped me find the most amazing realtor to sell my former marital residence (shout-out to Natalie Perdue with Compass Realty!).

It is so important to be able to talk openly and honestly with your attorney during a divorce and Dan made that extremely easy. He is the kind of person that can work well with anyone (and as a social worker I know the type when I see them). Empathy, kindness, and honesty are very important to me and also descriptors not often associated with lawyers: Dan is all of those things on top of being an outstanding attorney. Something I really appreciated was Dan's commitment to always putting my interests as a client first. As with many of us going through a divorce, money can be tight, and without being asked Dan would help me understand the costs of each step of the process with transparency and honesty, even dissuading me from pursuing actions that would cost me more in legal fees/billing hours than I would otherwise stand to benefit. With Dan and Tucker Family Law you are getting the expertise and resources of a big firm but the care and attention of a mom and pop shop. Your needs truly come first here.

Dan and his team are consummate professionals while also being friendly and accessible. During a very important and contentious part of my life, the choice of legal representation was a big decision involving a lot of trust, and the trust I placed in their services was rewarded - and then some. Dan was able to help me in reaching all my goals for the process, negotiated an outstanding settlement, and saved me time and money along the way.

Again, I cannot recommend Dan and his associates at Tucker Family Law enough! I hope you don't ever need their services, but if you do, you'll be in good hands here.
