Ken Tschetter was my attorney in a custody case his whole team was amazing and helped me so much .

I retained Ken Tschetter for a custody/visitation case. This guy was the biggest waste of time and money. I had to retain him for $2,000 dollars and then I got charged another $3,000 once the hearing was done. For $5,000 dollars all this guy did was side with the other party, argue with his client, did little to no research on the matter at hand, and was completely worthless in the courtroom. If you want an attorney to NOT represent your best interests then this is your guy. If you want some who WILL do the things they say then go find someone else because this guy simply isn’t worth it.

It’s been a few years but I have to say that if you ever need a lawyer. Ken Tschetter and his team are the BEST to have on your side. When I was in need of lawyer, I had trouble finding one to represent me. There were several lawyers that turned me away. I had some that wouldn’t even speak with me until I paid their retainer fee. Ken actually took the time to call me and listened to my story. He then meant with me in person, took the time to listen and ask questions. From the beginning ken treated me with respect, was very caring and understanding. He was so patient with me while I was uncontrollably sobbing in between telling my story. Ken and his team worked hard and diligently to make sure I got the best possible outcome with my divorce settlement. I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone looking for a great divorce or family lawyer! Thank again Ken.
