This experience was nothing short of unprofessional. Was able to get a case review appointment quickly with a deposit, and the case intake representative never called nor joined the Google Meet appointment. After waiting 17 minutes I called the office and was told Victoria had said they called and joined the meeting but was no longer available! What a waste of my time! To have someone experience an emergency is one thing, but to blatantly lie is another. I was offered to reschedule and declined as if I am to be held account by deposit the intake rep should definitely be held accountable. What a joke!
