He intentionally failed to file a motion in order to allow a fraudulent record be admitted into trial. Why? A conflict of interest. Then I get charged revenge fees that are more 50k than he could justify billing me.
This guy is unhirable and he is corrupt as they come. You hire him and he will sell you out

I am so thankful that David Kiley of Triffletti & Costa was referred to my family by Oasis Senior Advisors.
