I had a very disappointing experience with Travis Christiansen. Unfortunately, I found him and his office to be untrustworthy and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services.

I would give a 0 star if I could. Took $2500 as a retainer. Did not help me in my child custody case (a simple one at that). The papers he filed for me had me as "Mr. Williams" I'm a woman... and he mispelled a few things. I ended up telling him I wanted to end services and I still had $700 left of my retainer. Keep in mine he filed for me once and went to court with me once to tell the judge to postpone... Then I got billed around $300 in random charges that I still am not sure what they were for. For $2100 dollars he made himself look dumb and burnt me. This man is lazy, selfish and had terrible communication skills.

Look him up on Yelp & see more bad reviews. He is in it for himself & the money. He does not work for the client that hired him. When he asked for another $5G, I began to ask questions. thats when he filed to bail out.
1. Your office refused to communicate.
2. Your office took $10,000 with no invoices of expenses that were repeatedly requested.
3. Your office refused to answer Emails & text messages.
4. Your office did not keep me informed.
5. Your office allowed weeks to go by since October 2022 of hiring & did not communicate, refused now to make an appointment but rather just wanted another $5,000 for no reasonable reason due to your office and lack of communication.
6. You & your office claimed that I did not send you any information regarding the Slander/Defamation when I actually sent multiple Emails and documents within the first week to your office.
7. Your office had to be explained the rules of not being served within 90 days $10,000 later and won’t admit that your office made a mistake of not knowing that law & the client had to point that out to you. You again replied with wanting another $5,000 with no answers to my questions.
8. I refused to come into your office for more run-arounds until I got the past questions & actions addressed by your office. I attempted after I received an email after numerous Emails requisitioning answers to my questions. Once I received that answer, I then proceeded three more times in the last week to schedule an appointment. You then sent me a letter claiming your quit.
9. Your office then had a mediator come into the office for the Stalking Injunction costing me $250 because you were unaware months later still not knowing the law about serving me a stalking injunction outside of the 90-day law serving period and I was served 1.5 years later & you did nothing about that until the client brought the law to your attention.
10. I told you from the beginning that I am a disabled war veteran with PTSD which causes me to get upset when you don’t do your job. You insured me that you would not take that personally and understood my conditions. You proceeded to continue to upset me by not replying, to my phone calls, Emails & texts, then claimed you never received any documentation from me about the case. Again weeks went by with no answers or replies..
11. The day of the mediator you (Travis) yelled at me, telling me to sit down before allowing me to leave his office after paying the mediator $250 that was not needed due to your office negligence not knowing that the Stalking injunction was not served within the 90 days of law. $10,000 later your office took my money not knowing the 90 day law and then began to back peddle, ignoring my communication attempts with your office and had no idea about the 90-day serving law until your client pointed the law out to your office.
12. If Travis had a personal conflict of interest with his client, he could have easily had another lawyer in his office to represent me. His office did not do that and I was not contacted by any other lawyer inside his office including Jo Miller and Kathryn Holt.
13. Because you are used to taking people's money and thinking you don’t work for the client nor do you have to answer to them is a huge problem in your office including employees walking around barefoot as a professional representing your office.
14. I told your office not to make any court dates without my approval. You refused to respect me on that matter as well in that manner and re-scheduled the May 5th 2023 court date to May 25 2023 without my knowledge or approval. I notified your office back then that I would be out of town and that the date May 25 needed to be rescheduled. Your office again failed to communicate & did not do anything to reschedule or communicate with me still for weeks in regards to that Email and text.
15. Any communication I received was sent by unknown people & I had to ask who was texting me.
*Response is misspelled and not true since I am not a client anymore. Regardless of response still -10 star service. Hiding behind law
