Stay as far away from these people as you can. Hiring Elizabeth was the worst decision that I had made for me and my kids, complete waste of time and money, and I believe that they damaged my case beyond what I could have ever imagined. They forced (yelled at me to sign the paperwork because she was to affaird to go to court that day after I paid them 17k to prepare for court and believe that I would have won if I had different representation) me into signing a parenting time agreement that was not in the best intrest of me or my children, and they got me one out of state travel for a weekend and all of that cost me over 35k and wasted 8 months of our time.. Elizabeth filed paperwork that was to early to submit because there were no parenting orders in place, which got denied because there were no parenting orders in place and did not know that she could have refiled the motion once we did have parenting orders in place. My ex was an alcoholic that was failing and missing alot of her soberlink tests and instead of filing a motion to let the courts know what was going on, Elizabeth decided to give my ex time to clean up her act instead of being aggressive with her strategy to win the case. When I brought up my concerns with her, she told me what's the big deal, you are young you can always have more children, I'm 38. Do yourself and your kids a favor and go anywhere else. The newest reviews praising liz sound like they were written by an attorney and not a real person, I'm an average Joe, real person and these people have let me down beyond comprehension. Whatever you do, do not hire these people to represent you!! They are the worst attorneys that you can hire!! They will waste your time and money and I feel like I hired them, and all they did was help my ex out in this court case!! Elizabeth either does not know what she is doing, or she is scamming you to help the other side out!! She is not aggressive and let's things slip by helping the other side out and ruins a good case while overcharging you thousands of dollars and wasting your time that only hurts your case. Take my advice and hire anybody else that you can!!!

Every divorce comes with its own challenges.

Unfortunately, my divorce ended up being very high conflict case.

I originally made the mistake of retaining a law firm other than Travis Law Group. While that firm had a low retainer, it ended up being much more costly.

Over the period of just a few months that I was with them, I accumulated over twelve thousand dollars in expenses. This was even before any actions had been taken in the court systems, and even prior to the Initial Status Conference.

Mr. Travis’s firm was recommended to me by a friend. After doing my initial consultation with Rich, I realized that working with his firm would be the best way forward for my case.

Rich, Megan, Elizabeth, and the entire team at Travis Law Group have been nothing but phenomenal.

Unlike my previous firm, Rich and his team were extremely supportive and active in my case. Due to several court delays, conflicts over parenting time, decision authority, finances, and communication concerns with the other party; my case lasted over two years.

During this time, Rich always advised me on where we could try to reach out to the other party to reduce conflict and work towards agreements. When this ended up not being possible, he helped me understand what he believed would be the best possible approach.

He was not hesitant to let me know what he believed was in the realm of the possible versus the concerns that were not worth pursuing. I found this to be refreshing. My previous firm seemed to pursue efforts that were fruitless that led to higher fees.

Travis Law Group, in my view, operates with an extremely high level of integrity. Rich was always willing to listen to my concerns and take my case in the direction I wanted.

At the same time, he was willing to voice his view on what might be best, to include consideration for my son and long-term solutions to avoid future conflicts where possible.

I cannot recommend Travis Law Group enough!

Update: After I left my first review, I wound up having to hire Liz again to make sure that my new custody arrangement was approved to be permanent by the courts unless the non-custodial parent made significant changes. This time I had a new witness who was absolutely key to proving my case but her testimony was an incredibly difficult one for her to give and for anyone to hear. Liz worked with her and with me every step of the way and we were able to accomplish what we needed to. I highly encourage anyone who has to undertake the process of restricting parenting time for an ex to not only hire an attorney, but consider hiring Liz. She definitely has the legal know-how and ability to tackle these really tough and critical situations.
