I called traverse legal many times. I'm not sure if it was this location, I think it was the call center and they said that someone will call me back, yet Noone did after more than a week. 1 of those times that I called they marked it as urgent and yet still no call back. This is so disappointing, especially from a huge law firm like this..

Mr Schaefer was on time and gave me time to send materials to look over before our meeting. He was thorough in his analysis of the information i provided and gave complete feedback on the possibilities of the outcome. Though we were not able to move forward toward working together, he gave me enough information to independently pursue arbitration on my own. Though it may and probably not be successful, Mr Schaefer was honest and did not try to sell me on his ability to succeed on his own terms. Thank you for your time.
