I initially spoke with Paul and believed he was qualified to help my family confirm a potential inheritance involving a company and relative in France. We paid a $550 retainer to begin the process. Unfortunately, after payment, communication became extremely difficult. I have called approximately six times over a two-week period, but neither Mr. Tour-Sarkissian nor his office has returned my calls. When I do reach someone, I am told that a message will be given to him, but I still do not receive a response or an update regarding the matter. I understand that legal matters can take time, but clients should receive basic confirmation, communication, and accountability after paying a retainer. At this point, I cannot recommend the firm based on my experience. I am not happy even including one star... because so far I feel it is not deserved.

A French-speaking law firm recommended by our notary for recovering American funds, described as reliable and responsive. We entrusted them with a case, and they replied requesting the necessary documents to represent us, which we promptly sent. That was in October 2025; it's now January 2026, and despite all our follow-ups, we've heard nothing, no response whatsoever. They're completely unresponsive. What a lack of respect and professionalism! Avoid them at all costs!
