I had an horrible experience with Mr. Tootle. There was a huge oversight in my initial hearing about transportation. I had to drive 12 hours of my weekend to see my kids until another hearing could be had. (About a year later) I had to write an affidavit the day before court. Another time I was on the way to court. I got half way to Beaufort from Florence, and found out my court date was canceled. There is no communication. Majority of the time (95%) you call to talk to the lawyer you hired, you’re stuck talking to the paralegal at best and the answering machine at worse. My experience was untrustworthy, incompetent, and deceitful. They have a bad problem with keeping up with payments and accounting. I had to go to the state to get an accurate refund. Please go to another lawyer if you want a good one.
