I am SO thankful for Attorney Gena and Mrs. Kathryn. Prior to Attorney Gena’s representation, I had another attorney, but I did not feel heard, understood, or adequately supported during a very difficult time. After mediation, things ended abruptly, and I was left without representation because I was unwilling to agree to terms I did not believe were in my children’s or my best interests. Then came the much-needed improvement! I love how the first thing Attorney Gena asked when we conversed each time was, “How are you feeling/doing?” She truly cares. Attorney Gena is VERY thorough. She makes sure all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed. She went over the parenting plan line by line, answered my questions, and made sure I understood every detail. When I brought up concerns, I felt heard and understood. Attorney Gena is excellent at navigating complicated cases, and her expertise and wisdom in problem-solving is evident through her results. She advocated for me even when I didn’t have the energy or words to advocate for myself. She secured more parenting time and achieved better financial results than I had previously been encouraged to accept from differing counsel. Attorney Gena knows the law, and she is a fighter who also has compassion, which is such an incredible combination. I’m learning sometimes you have to experience the wrong fit to truly appreciate the right one. Attorney Gena is the BEST! I could write a book on how wonderful she is—perhaps someday I will. :)

Way over priced, does not give you monies worth in court. She does not go through evidence to fight in court. She is strickly about the dollar and not about the fight. She for over a year + failed to acheive anything that she was hired for. Even when the court was over the judge questioned why certain things were not done and she was ask repeadtly to fight for more custody time and failed to achieve anything. $30,000 dollars for a custody battle and nothing was achieved. Great at filing papers for court though! Defiently not a lawyer for a serious fight!

Gena is the best attorney I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. She sure knows her stuff and the laws.she will go to bat for you and you won’t be disappointed. I will never use a different attorney in my divorce .

Gina Toner is an wonderful attorney . She explains things well and tells you of your options. Her advice is platinum . She truly has your best interest in mind. Highly recommend her .
