Way over priced, does not give you monies worth in court. She does not go through evidence to fight in court. She is strickly about the dollar and not about the fight. She for over a year + failed to acheive anything that she was hired for. Even when the court was over the judge questioned why certain things were not done and she was ask repeadtly to fight for more custody time and failed to achieve anything. $30,000 dollars for a custody battle and nothing was achieved. Great at filing papers for court though! Defiently not a lawyer for a serious fight!

Gena is the best attorney I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. She sure knows her stuff and the laws.she will go to bat for you and you won’t be disappointed. I will never use a different attorney in my divorce .

Absolutely made the rest of my life bearable. The outstanding moral compass of Ms. Toner and her amazing staff is second to none. This attorney and her staff are driven to make a divorce fair, civil and as smooth possiable. No divorce is easy and she made a bad situation tolerable and did her absolute best !!!!! My ex wife and I did a zoom call mediation where I was blindsided by all the advice ms. Toner gave her. Not to mention my ex mother in law was also on the zoom call during mediation.(not allowed) At one point my ex was wanting $3,000 for child support and alimony , my house and 401k. I’ve already given my ex 50,000 $ and it has been peaceful.
Ms. Toner really stirred the pot. She was telling my wife to ask for cell phones and car insurance in the future for my 7 year old twins.
Things have settled down since this fiasco. We will be agreeing to our original deal.
I am glad to say we won’t be seeing her ever again.
My opinion she is a hideous person.
