				Save your money and find a better attorney.  Mr. Smalley represented me in a divorce.  I had 6 binders full of documented data.  I did all of the leg work.  He provided the suggestion.for a property appraiser.  The appraiser provided the information for what my house was worth with with my ex.  I signed the divorce paperwork.  WIthin 2 weeks my ex sold it for about $100,000 more than what I was advised.  I lost all of the equity.  In court Tom looses focus and can't keep up with the proceedings.  He should retire!

				Integrity for a business starts at the top.  This place doesn't have integrity.  You can easily find a better law firm because they have set the bar very low.  I wrote the language for the contract so they could copy and paste it in a template.  First two drafts were littered with spelling errors.  They charged me to correct their spelling errors.  The third draft included a paragraph about firearms that were not part of my contract.  They forgot to delete that from the template in the previous deal.  Charged me $120.00 to read and respond to an email. It took three weeks to get a refund for the unused retainer.  Office staff told me the check would be mailed on Monday, 4/6/26 and provided a USPS tracking number.  The truth was that the check was not mailed until 4/8/26.  Bad business all around.

				I wish there was -5 stars!! Worst lawyer ever!!! Paid him 4500.00 to represent me in a family law case and he turned around and represented the other person a then kept trying to get more money out of me. Save your money and find a good lawyer cause Tom is not it. An his staff all have attitudes and they never return calls.
