Tolley is one of, if not, the worst Lawyer in the gulf shores area.
He is rude and disrespectful, does not return phone calls or emails unless you hound him, and for $2500+ dollars, I expect to at least be responded too.
I got a POM2 7-8 years ago, I had moved out of the state as soon as I got the charge, told him I wouldn’t be going back and wanted to get these charges disappeared. He said that’s no problem at all, just pay me more money which I did. Only to find out he pleaded me to a pre trial diversion program, which I did sign not paying much attention to at the time.
Well 8 years later find out AL has a warrant for me for this charge even though it’s a misdemeanor and I have my medical card.
I called him back to get this taken care of only for him to be condescending, rude, disrespectful and hasn’t responded to anything that I’ve sent him after our first phone call.
You’ve been warned, call literally anyone else in the area if you need help with your case. There are much harder working, more honest and more affordable attorneys in this area.

Worst lawyer EVER. Didn't do what he said he could and would and charged twice the amount of other lawyers. He was late for court and did none of the leg work did not even file a motion of discovery. Then took himself off the case when I questioned him afterwards . Worst spent 5200.

Mr Tolley was extremely disrespectful. I paid him $1500 and ended up with a warrant for my arrest less than 3 months later. He then requested more money from me to lift the warrant while disrespecting me in the process.
He will steal your money! You have been warned!

Randy handled a case for me which was unfair in Baldwin County where false accusations and charges were made. He was easy to work with and saw it through to the end achieving the correct and favorable outcome for me. If you are dealing with any charge, have it reviewed because the officers are not always truthful, or incorrect, or exaggerate as in my case, and as I’ve seen in many others. I recommend him for issues you are dealing with in the area and appreciate his work.
