This attorney as a joke I called him and had like a half an hour conversation with him. He had me fill out paperwork and then pay him $250 upfront for a consultation when we finally connected for the consultation he waited an hour before he told me he could not help me, and the conversation was just a joke. He kept saying he gave me advice. He did not give me any advice. It was like he was reading off of a manual and a book. He kept repeating not all surgeons recommend surgery. I even told him I had to borrow money because I lost my job. I was a single mom and he didn’t give a rats but he told me I couldn’t go after , the girl that reported me and falsely accused me . because she had no money he wouldn’t get any money ! I NEED LEGAL HELP! was let go from Lowe’s on 9/30/2024 I started 06/18/2024 (103 days) I was contacted through my work email in the beginning of September from associate relations asking me to give them a contact number and a good time to call AR said they were working on an investigation. Then Matthew from AR reached out on 9/10/2924 and asked me one question….. kind of accusatory, asking me if I had smacked a girls butt over in the pro department? There was an open door complaint! I said no why would I do that? There are cameras all around. And then Matt from AR said he’d be in touch if he had any more questions! The more I thought about it the more it aggravated me so I called him back. I let him know that I had no reason to do this and for two I don’t like girls why would I smack a girl on the butt especially one that I work with not knowing that well! I also proceeded to let him know that I have been being hazed while working there being an outsider coming in a management position! My picture was crumbled in the training room and then it was ripped in half management said about that was it’s not the first time and it won’t be the last unfortunately! While there I did not get to interview my own people, I did not get to hire my own people like I was supposed to did not have access of cameras or any of that regarding my position! And no one would listen to me did not get any respect I had management pulling the office a couple times trying to get me to figure out how to earn the employees respect never once was in trouble. so I put together a packet and introducing myself and letting everybody know a little bit about me and what their position entitled that was one of the task I was told to do on work wire and had the employee sign off on it. In the meantime, I was getting more comfortable in my position, I seem to be getting a little bit more respect getting a little more done as far as work, wise and shelves organized, and really coming into my role I felt. In the meantime, there was still being talk of people talk behind my back, but I didn’t think anything of it, other than people were being hired that I didn’t even know about, I just did my job did what I was supposed to do and went home. And the meantime, my head cashier was accidentally scheduled six days in a row (how convenient), I was told that I had to come in at 5:30 in the morning that Monday, which was September 30, 2024 they let me work a couple hours and then I was pulled into the office by Andy Collins which I was told I was terminated. The only thing I was told is inappropriate behavior AR investigation they came in determinate me no paperwork no sign in anything and no proof of what I was being accused of! For three days, I tried to get a hold of Matt from AR who never returned my phone call, I asked for proof I even tried to file for wrongful termination through the AR department until about a week later I get a phone call From the AR department telling me they had me on video. He was a condescending jerk, very derogatory from the beginning and told me I did not have a case he had me on video touching somebody’s butt told me that my head cashier Amber was the one that made the phone call and accuse me of slapping her butt I asked to see the video and that falsely accused me took over my position a week later
