Apparently, Tobener Ravenscroft is unwilling to work with LA County tenants unless they have lived in their unit for more than two years. I, a tenant with significant habitability issues and the evidence to back it up, cannot be helped by this arbitrary requirement filter set in place by "Manager Attorneys".
