One of the best attorneys if not the best in the area. I own several companies as well as work for a larger company so the legal waters can be quite difficult to navigate in some instances. Mr. Tippen has been more than willing to aid and review pertinent documents, as well as draft them to help define the employee employer relationships. His pedigree and professionalism are first class, and i always recommend using his services when I can.

Bryan Tippen did an incredibly great job with my estate planning. He and his staff prepared every document needed to complete the entire process involved with creating a trust. They emailed all of the documents for my review and were very patient in waiting for my approval. I let Bryan know when I had finished reviewing and approving the documents. He and one of his staff set up an appointment with me to execute the documents. It was so easy on my part which I greatly appreciated. I'm a busy person and all of the work was done by Bryan and his team very efficiently. After executing the trust, will, living will, etc., Bryan took care of putting my home into the trust. It was recorded very quickly through the Clerk's and Property Appraiser's Offices. I highly recommend Tippen Law Firm. Not only are they efficient, they are professional, show discretion, are patient and understanding, and very compassionate. Hats off to Tippen Law Firm!
