I highly recommend Tim and have used his services twice now-once for a closing on a single family home and once for a quitclaim deed. He is always very quick to respond, asks necessary questions to ensure he is providing us with appropriate counseling, and his rates are so reasonable. Personally, I found all our interactions to be professional, respectful, honest, and kind. I had called several local firms for closing quotes, and got slimy vibes from a few. So his straightforward demeanor was a breath of fresh air. He came highly recommended from our buyer's agent, and I'm so glad he was recommended to us! It's worth noting that there were some hiccups on the seller's end at closing, and Tim set up a plan that protected our interests as buyers, while ensuring the sellers got funding in a timely manner.
