Scam! They will take your money we have lost $5900. Will give you a template type letter they make from a survey and you have to do the work. Mail it to your time share and talk with your timeshare. The letter they gave us to send was deceptive and dishonest. We asked for a refund. We contacted the BBB. We sent many letters to the Missouri and Tennessee attorney general. They stated they have many happy customers. But how many who feel they have been scammed? Went personally to the office to ask for a refund and got the run around from the manager. Asked them to contact the owner for a refund and was told he is impossible to get hold of but they would try. Several months later and still no response. Have given negative reviews online which they block so no one sees.

Although the time was lengthy, they got my contract cancelled. Through the process I had several different representatives help me with the process. They All were very help full, great customer assistance, knowledge of the process and reassurance that the process was timely and it is standard with HGV. Thank you for your assistance and support.

Tim, I was told that the fees would be handed down to my kids and they would be held responsible. I check with a local ATY and that is not the case. The have the right of refusal so telling consumers that to scare them is not Cool
