Extremely unprofessional experience - would not recommend. I scheduled a time-sensitive meeting with one of their attorneys and made the urgency clear at the time of booking. Despite having a full week’s notice, they canceled just 30 minutes before the scheduled call. The reason given was that they were not authorized to practice in this specific area of law—something their website explicitly states they handle. This is the kind of issue that should have been identified either at the time of scheduling or well in advance, not at the last minute. For what it’s worth, their receptionist was courteous and considerate, but overall the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
