I contacted this firm regarding a small HOA matter, completed the intake process, and was initially told they could help as there was no conflict of interest. After several follow-up calls, I was repeatedly told the attorney was unavailable but assured they would return my call. That never happened. Eventually I was told they would not take the case and was referred elsewhere. The most frustrating part was being told a voicemail had been left for me when I never received one. If the firm wasn't interested in the case, I would have preferred a straightforward answer from the beginning rather than weeks of waiting.
