This is the most aggressive law firm I have ever had a communication with. The receptionist is beyond rude. The Attorneys? They aren’t any better. You call them to dispute a bill and they shout at you, bully you while trying to confuse you. I was literally hung up on. This shows this law firm is not built on honesty and transparency. Why shout, bully and oppress people so they don’t dispute their bills? I have proof of the attorney shouting at me and barely allowing me speak before he disconnected the call.

Looks like this is the way they operate and something needs to be done. They need to be stopped!!!!!

Another firm profiteering from the middle class person by charging huge fees to people who cannot afford to get lawyer and fight these people’s predatory practice. Customer service rep Sharon thinks that she has the right to be annoyed at anyone asking for simple documents. If you don’t like your job just quit. Why treat people calling in with such hostility and respond in manners like you are doing us a favor. It’s your job to respond to inquires.

I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone, unless you wanna feel like you are bothering these people every time you call in. Bad service, bad attitude and terrible business practice.
