Getting an OWI sucks, but Mark made the entire process as straightforward and streamlined as possible. Mark was able to answer all of my questions and gave me the best council in terms of how to check off all of the state/DOT requirements and get back in good-ish standing as quickly as possible. Not a fun thing to go through but I would highly recommend Mark if anyone finds themselves in a similar situation.

In his moonlighting duties as magistrate, Mark completely bungled my application for a public defender (an application which should've been objectively, 100% approved). This caused my case to spiral completely out of control, all bc apparently he's content simply going through the motions... If Mark can't properly execute remedial paperwork like that, then I sure wouldn't trust him to handle the more complex cases from his regular attorney career.
