				I spoke to a not so friendly office lady about getting Ann outstanding debt paid to me. She said consultation fee was $100 which I paid.



Few days later Mr Breeden spoke to me over the phone. After explaining my story, he mentioned he could represent me for a percentage of the debt. But few days later I received a note that he could not handle the case which was very straight forward to me.



He did not even suggest to file a Mechanics Lien against the business owner.



Just wasted $ 100 for nothing. Useless.

				Breeden had a consultation with me claiming he did this type of cases and then wouldn't except it. I had to do all of the homework while all he did was charge me for a 20 minute consultation. I would strongly recommend a different lawyer!

				Like many others, I paid the $100 consultation fee, spent 15 minutes on the phone during the consultation. It was apparent that Mr. Breeden had not taken the time to review my case and he was short and dismissive. If he had actually looked at the evidence, I believe my outcome would've been much more favorable.
