I retained McMurray Law Firm after being quoted $20k, believing my case would go to a jury trial and that Thomas McMurray would personally represent me. Instead, my case was handed off to a junior attorney, Micah Robinson and settled in mediation. During mediation, Micah was clearly outmatched and bullied by opposing counsel. I could even hear their conversations through the walls at Hayes, Berry, White & Vanzant, LLP, which didn’t inspire much confidence. In the end, opposing party skated on a $190k debt. Thomas McMurray, P.C. billed me roughly twice the original estimate and settled for $10k less than what they themselves said was owed. My experience did not reflect the professionalism or advocacy I expected. Only after my experience did I look at their Google reviews. Many of them didn’t read like authentic, local client feedback, and they certainly didn’t reflect the quality of representation I received.

I’ll be honest, I wish I met Tom, Micah, Shannon, Cheryl and Lori under much different circumstances. But I’m darn glad I hired them to represent me. Their preparation, generosity, diligence, strategy, arguments and court skills are unmatched. Do yourself a favor and retain that team with any/all business disputes. It’s like bringing a tank to a knife fight
