I just read an article on your website about the TCPA / CAN-SPAM. It was very informative. "If you are a consumer looking for guidance regarding unsolicited communications, you should also contact a lawyer at theta law firm to advise you on the steps and procedures that will be necessary to be successful in achieving a satisfying outcome" so I picked up the phone and called to see if someone can help me with my issue with Toyota. I have unsubscribed five times, and called the corporate headquarters twice and I still get unwanted emails. So the reason why I'm writing this review is because I took the time to read your entire article and research your website. Then when I called I got a receptionist saying that you don't take these kinds of cases and you're not taking on any new clients. From the homepage of your website, it says "we communicate, we listen, we advise, we deliver". You communicated on your website for me to give you a call, the receptionist didn't listen, the advice I got was to look on Google, and there was no delivery.

We appealed and we took Soheyl this time, this judge was also not taking us seriously at first place, but Soheyl knew when to speak and what to speak at the trial and he eventually convinced a judge and we won!!!! We were so pleased by theta law and soheyl and his partner so that even if we were lost in our case, we still would have thanked them but they brought us a miracle, a victory. More than this successful result or anything, the tie, the bond you get from working with soheyl and his partner was the ultimate feeling especially when you fight together in court. My husband has been in this business for 15 years and we saw many lawyers but we both agree they are the best lawyer.
