WARNING!!!!!!This company is a scam! I paid $7,500 for three items in the Scope Of Work (SOW). The attorney (O.W.) refused to perform all items in Scope of Work (SOW). I canceled the contract. Attorney O.W. never had her camera on during our video calls, showing a lack of integrity and deception. Wright Legal Team refused to refund my account claiming the retainer is ‘Paid in Full’ upon receipt even when they refuse to honor the contract. Wright Legal Team breached the contract by refusing to perform ALL of the SOW. I have contacted the CA State Bar and the Sheriff Office. The owner, Shannon, said she is closing the company. I was told the refund was mailed. I have not seen a refund check in the mail. Attorney O.W. started a new company while the owner, Shannon, seeks sympathy as Wright Legal Team steals my retainer and refuses to perform services! I have to imagine some of these great reviews online are not genuine.

They are a scam!!!!! After hiring them for my boyfriends case, they set up a client portal, made some notes, had an initial phone call to gather information, then continued to ignore us. We have 1 more phone call after where Shannon stated that there was corporate espionage going on and she is "focusing on her clients' and "Trusted the wrong person" and she got "locked out of the system " and people were trying to "Steal her clients". Since then we have gotten no response other then a text message to schedule a meeting for which they didn't even attend.

Meanwhile the court date is quickly approaching. We also found out that the other party to our case, mailed the lawyer the paperwork back in November, but they didn't even bother to tell us they received the documents we have been waiting for the entire time. We ended up having to do all the work for the case alone anyway. We sent multiple message to attempt to get our money back from the retainer and they go unanswered.

We are also not able to delete any of the documents we had uploaded to the client portal so we sent a message stating they no longer had permission to use them and we revoke permission, but it still stands they have access to some very sensitive information.

We had to put fraud claim in with the bank and report this person to the bar. I cannot express this enough, Do NOT Hire them. Any positive reviews on here they were paid for. Do NOT HIRE THEM

Despite multiple follow-ups, there was a consistent failure to communicate clearly. Instead of addressing the issue directly, they had their VA reach out in an attempt to smooth things over. Not once was there an apology or acknowledgment of the lack of communication or failure to deliver services...until a refund was requested. At that point, they attempted to shift the blame onto me as the client. I would never consider hiring them again.
