This attorney (James Dal Bon) has a very quick temper and is extremely unprofessional. Not only is he often rude and abrasive, but he also appears to control or limit who can leave reviews on his website, which makes it difficult to get an accurate picture of other clients' experiences. Communication was by far the biggest issue. He frequently added stress to already stressful situations instead of helping to resolve them. He also spoke to me in a condescending manner, as though I were unintelligent, even when his own questions were unclear or poorly explained. As an attorney, clear communication and professionalism are essential parts of providing good client service, and I did not experience either. Overall, I found the experience frustrating and would not recommend this attorney to anyone looking for respectful communication, patience, or quality client service.

James is a dedicated attorney who fights hard for his clients and works to do right by them. I appreciate his commitment, and when he is focused on the work, he delivers strong results. His approach can be a little unorthodox at times, but his persistence and ability to come through for clients stand out. I strongly advise caution before working with attorney James Dal Bon. My experience with him has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. He repeatedly failed to respond to my emails and calls for weeks at a time, leaving my case in jeopardy and causing unnecessary stress and delay.

Despite numerous attempts to communicate, he showed a consistent lack of follow-through and professionalism. His inaction has negatively impacted my case, and I have since had to terminate his representation.

All correspondence and missed responses have been documented, and I am considering filing a formal complaint with the State Bar of California for negligence and lack of communication.

I would not recommend his services to anyone seeking a responsive or reliable attorney.
