William Morgan is my Brother, and after a consultation with Mark Wieczorek the family retained him for thousands of dollars to file a Judicial release motion. My brother was not eligible, and Wieczorek did not properly investigate his eligibility for a Judicial Release. Instead of reviewing his "Sentencing Entry's", he relied on the erroneous calculations by the ODRC. This resulted in William losing earned credit, and having his outdate changed. Who pays a lawyer to file motions electronically without an in person appearance to lose time? Wieczorek claims to have fulfilled his duties. This was a cash grab... He should get a half of a star for this service...
