So incredibly grateful for all of the time and effort this team put into my case!!

Worked with Wallace form on a personal injury case. This was my first experience/case. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I can say that communication for the 1st year they had my case was almost non existent unless I called to inquire about it. It wasn’t until I was reaching the deadline on my statute of limitations before communication ramped up. Their so called “physicians” didn’t really do anything to help with my very real issues post accident, their pain management team kept dropping the ball On my appointments which were over an hr away! Then offered me a gas gift card for my wasted time and gas. I had to use my private insurance to seek real medical care and get another CT scan done to find I had several very real tears in my shoulder, and treat them accordingly with my regular Dr., orthopedic and pain management . After reaching out to other attorneys I was informed that my case was being mismanaged and I should be seeking way more in damages than Wallace firm was asking for. This may be because Wallace waited until the last minute (statute of limitations) to send insurance the request to the insurance adjuster knowing we only had about 2-3months to get the case resolved. Personally I would go elsewhere if I needed another personal injury attorney. After they took their 33% I didn’t walk away with much after a very real injury that will be long term without surgery. The staff was nice when their was communication. But personally not the best experience for what they made from this case for doing the bare minimum and not advocating for me.
