I inquired about retaining their services via their web based tool. They reached out, and I sent them what they requested. They then ghosted me, even after I reached out a week later for a status on their decision to take my case. I just needed a yes or no answer. For an office that claims to care about veterans, they treated one quite poorly, even as I'm amidst a time-sensitive situation. But perhaps I'm better off not having such a careless organization handling my case.
