If you want to spend a lot, to get less accomplished, in more time, than you could’ve on your own - this is the firm for you. Claiming to specializing in family law, it is comical how little they care. I see why a Google Business review hasn’t been left for at least two years.

I found myself having to chase down Pete Vaughn and assistant Tina Strausbaugh, repeat myself countless times, if not every time, communication should have occurred. I’d ask if a simple request for custody order had been filed yet, multiple times over three months, with no firm answer until an emergency occurred - they finally filed. I would ask for guidance on real estate law and suit for theft, and receive no answer. I don’t think expecting communication, guidance, and action is a tall order in return for prompt payments, flexibility, and direct, thorough responses.

This isn’t about a loss. Everything ended fine, because I took matters into my own hands and stopped seeking their counsel. I should’ve done that thousands of dollars ago.

When you get the feeling they just don’t care, trust your gut. I knew it from day one, expressed it once, and still stand. You are not important to these people. Save your money and your frustration for court. You’re not a person, you’re a paycheck. If you love your family, and want someone to prioritize you, please go elsewhere. It would be more productive, and less frustrating, to flush your hard earned money down the toilet than hire this firm.

Forget the others! These are the guys you want representing you! IMO
