Our experience with The Terry Law Firm was defined by a lack of urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail. The nature of the transaction necessitated the sellers notarizing and returning documentation from different locations - a situation that had been communicated weeks prior to closing. The paralegal responsible for shepherding the documentation forward (the attorney was nowhere to be found as documentation was being prepared) made multiple, meaningful clerical errors in the days leading up to closing, and communicated both poorly and defensively. Despite frustration and inconvenience, the closing was ultimately effectuated on time. Prior to this experience, that's an outcome I generally would have taken for granted. I would urge any potential clients of this firm to look elsewhere.
