I would not recommend this attorney based on my experience. Communication was inconsistent, and important details I clearly outlined in my emails were often overlooked or not addressed. I frequently felt that my concerns were not fully read or taken seriously, which added unnecessary stress during an already difficult legal process. There were also significant professionalism concerns. She was late to a hearing and did not offer any apology or acknowledgment. At times, her remarks came across as dismissive and unprofessional, and it was often difficult to reach her as she seemed too busy to communicate when needed. Additionally, there were interactions that made me feel uncomfortable. When I expressed this directly, there was no acknowledgment, accountability, or apology, which further contributed to my concerns about professionalism. When I asked for assistance with documents, I was told to complete them myself. Despite this, documents were later submitted with spelling errors after I was told they had been reviewed, which raised concerns about the level of care and attention given to my case. I also found myself having to follow up on matters that should have been handled more thoroughly, and I did not feel confident that my case was being given the attention it required. Ultimately, I made the decision to consent to her withdrawal, which I believe was in the best interest of my case. I strongly encourage others to carefully consider communication, professionalism, and attention to detail when choosing legal representation.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I had recently been working with a different divorce attorney who had taken well over a year to get the MSA completed. I was told that I would have to file the documents myself and was basically on my own. Out of frustration and desperation, I reached out to a friend who had recently gone through a divorce and was given the name of Marie-Yves. Let me tell you...she is worth every penny that was spent! Not only did she have all of the documents fixed from the previous lawyer, but she had it ready to be filed within a week. She's fast. She's accurate. She's dependable and hard working. I am so thankful that I was given her name. She has been a HUGE help every step of the way. She would keep me updated via e-mail and calls if needed. But I think one of the things that I liked most was the fact that during the waiting period for the court date, I received several phone calls asking how everything was going and inquiring about whether I needed anything, IN ADDITION to keeping me updated about the whole process. I wish I had found her first when I started the divorce proceedings, but am so thankful for all she has done. Definitely an amazing lawyer with a great personality to understand the personal aspects of the case. THANK YOU!!!!
